The firm was initially set up by CA Ashok Malik in the year 1970, 51 years back under the name and style as M/s Nayyar Malik & Co, Chartered Accountants and since than the firm is actively involved in providing of professional assignments in the areas of Auditing & Assurance – including Statutory & Internal Audits, Direct Taxation, Indirect Taxation, Corporate Laws, Corporate Advisory Services, Financial services in India.
